Method
No engagement starts before the price and the calendar are agreed.
I
The brief
Five lines is enough to start. What the house is, where it stands, and what you want to be true in a year. You get a reply within 48 hours, from the person who will do the work.
II
The read
A walk-through, on site, unannounced where it matters. What is working, what is not, and what nobody has said out loud yet — written plainly, in a document you can hand to your board. Two to three weeks.
III
The work
A scope, a price and a calendar, agreed before anything starts. Where a specialist is better — a photographer, a chef, a revenue analyst — we bring one, and the accountability stays with us.
One rule, stated up front
We do not take two houses that compete for the same table on the same street. If we are already working with a direct competitor of yours, we will say so in the first conversation rather than the third.
Questions people ask first
- Do you take over operations?
- No. We advise, and where useful we build the team around you. The house stays yours to run.
- How much does an engagement cost?
- Most start with a paid diagnostic — the walk-through and the written read. Many clients then decide whether to go further. Some do not, and that is a fair outcome. Retainers exist for houses that want the standard held rather than set once.
- Where do you work?
- Miami and the US East Coast, and across Europe — Paris, Saint-Tropez, Monaco, Geneva, Courchevel, Capri, Mykonos, Ibiza. The practice is strongest on that corridor, which is where the specific knowledge lives. Elsewhere, we will say so before taking your money.
- Do you work with our existing agency or team?
- Gladly, and often it is the best arrangement — they keep the volume, we hold the standard. Where a supplier is not right, we will tell you before the season rather than after.
